Mr. M. Mahfuzur Rahman FCA is the Addl. M.D & Company Secretary (CS) of Crystal Insurance PLC. Prior to joining Crystal Insurance PLC he worked as Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Naziat Sweaters and T.S.R. Fashion & Design Limited. He completed his Master degree obtained 1st class and 1st division in B.Com securing 7th place in order of merit from Dhaka City College. Professionally he is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and also Associate Member of Bangladesh Insurance Academy (BIA), Dhaka. Apart from this he is also a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, United Kingdom. Mr. M. Mahfuzur Rahman FCA has received various trainings on financial managements, financial reporting, corporate governance, secretarial practices , tax and VAT.
