Mr. M. Mahfuzur Rahman FCA is the Addl. M.D & Company Secretary (CS) of Crystal Insurance PLC. Prior to joining Crystal Insurance PLC he worked as Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Naziat Sweaters and T.S.R. Fashion & Design Limited. He completed his Master degree obtained 1st class and 1st division in B.Com securing 7th place in order of merit from Dhaka City College. Professionally he is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and also Associate Member of Bangladesh Insurance Academy (BIA), Dhaka. Apart from this he is also a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, United Kingdom. Mr. M. Mahfuzur Rahman FCA has received various trainings on financial managements, financial reporting, corporate governance, secretarial practices , tax and VAT.
